These specialized workshops are designed to help participants rapidly improve their overall value as leaders and team-members. Each person validates an advanced leadership curriculum through practical application, using real-time strategy (RTS) simulations. The combination of educational experiences enables them to quickly accelerate up the leadership learning and experience curves, gaining (what feels like) years of experience in a short time. Everyone works as a team, employing strategic thinking, cross-functional communication, planning, management and leadership skills. Each simulation is followed by reflections on performance. Each day consists of simulations, followed by reflections of lessons learned, which are the basis for improving the participant’s performance in their current or future role.
