Greater Clarity
Understand what is actually affecting performance before choosing an intervention.

The Team Audit combines behavioral data, leader competency data, and expert analysis to show how your team is operating, what is driving performance, and what needs to change first.
Every team has a natural behavioral composition that shapes how its members communicate, make decisions, solve problems, respond to pressure, adapt to change, and work together. The audit identifies these instinctive patterns across the team, including natural strengths, motivators, adaptability, working styles, and potential points of friction.
This reveals how the team is naturally equipped to perform, where important capabilities are concentrated or missing, and where behavioral differences create friction, reinforce one another, or provide complementary strengths that improve overall team performance.
Behavior shows how a leader is naturally inclined to act. Competency shows what the leader has learned, developed, and is capable of deliberately applying. The audit identifies the leader’s level of competency across the knowledge, skills, judgment, and observable capabilities that most directly affect team performance.
This reveals where leadership capability is strengthening the team, where competency gaps may be limiting performance, and how effectively the leader’s developed capabilities meet the needs of the team they are responsible for leading.
A team’s performance is ultimately shaped by what happens when leadership and individual behavior interact. The audit examines the ongoing leader-team dynamic, including how direction, autonomy, control, communication, adaptability, trust, and accountability are experienced and responded to across the team.
Using the proprietary framework introduced in Strength in Chaos, we identify the patterns created by those interactions and determine the team’s operating condition, where its current trajectory is likely to lead, and what needs to change first to move toward Productive Power.
